WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY FAQ
How many photos will we receive?
The final number depends on the structure of your wedding day and the amount of coverage required.
For full-day weddings, you can expect a minimum of 350 professionally edited images, typically ranging between 350–500+ images depending on the flow of events.
Do you provide RAW files?
I do not provide RAW files as standard.
RAW files are unfinished working files and do not represent the final artistic vision of my brand. Every delivered image is carefully edited to reflect my signature style.
However, RAW files can be made available for an agreed additional fee if specifically requested.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes.
I shoot with:

Sony A7 (backup body)
All weddings are photographed with dual memory card recording for immediate backup. I also carry backup lenses and accessories to ensure uninterrupted coverage.
What happens if you are ill or unable to attend?
In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend, I have trusted associate photographers who can step in.
They are experienced professionals who understand my shooting style and workflow. I remain involved in post-production to ensure the final gallery reflects my brand standards.
This situation has never occurred in my career, but contingency planning is always in place.
How do we receive our photos?
Your images are delivered via a private online gallery.

Gallery active for 12 months
Easy sharing with family and friends
The gallery also allows for direct print ordering if desired.
Can we print our photos anywhere?
Yes.
All delivered images are high resolution and suitable for professional printing. You are free to print them wherever you choose for personal use.
Do you offer albums?
Yes.
Albums are available as bespoke add-ons and are customised based on:

Page count
Design preferences
Details and pricing are discussed after your gallery is delivered.
Do you offer engagement shoots?
Yes.
Engagement sessions are included in selected packages or can be booked as an add-on. They are a great way for us to connect before the wedding and for you to become comfortable in front of the camera.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes.
A 40% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance can be structured into agreed instalments leading up to your wedding week.
Do you cover civil weddings?
Yes — and we love them.
Civil weddings are beautifully intimate and typically last 20–30 minutes. While the ceremony itself is short, the day allows for:

Civil wedding packages are structured specifically to suit the shorter format.

How long is a portrait session?
Session duration depends on the package selected:
1 Outfit – 45 minutes
2 Outfits – 1 hour
3 Outfits – 1 hour 45 minutes
How many outfits can I bring?
Outfit changes are based on the package booked:
1 Outfit – £150
2 Outfits – £250
3 Outfits – £400
How many edited photos are included?
1 Outfit – 7 edited images
2 Outfits – 15 edited images
3 Outfits – 20 edited images
Additional edited images are £10 per image.
When will I receive my images?
Standard turnaround time is 7–14 working days.
What should I wear?
After your deposit is paid, we schedule a styling consultation.
I take time to understand what the shoot represents — celebration, milestone, branding — and advise on wardrobe accordingly.
What if my child doesn’t cooperate?
Children are unpredictable — and that’s completely normal.
I create a relaxed environment and work patiently to capture natural expressions. Some of the best images happen between moments.
Do you charge for rescheduling?
There is no rescheduling fee.
However, new dates must be mutually available and agreed upon in advance.
